I’m a mom to two amazing girls, a pharmacy technician by trade, and someone who’s always felt most at home in nature — hiking, snowboarding, and soaking up the wild beauty of this life.
But everything shifted when mediumship unexpectedly found me at 40. Since then, I’ve been walking between worlds — holding space for healing conversations with Spirit, reconnecting people with their loved ones, and helping women awaken to the gifts they didn’t know they had.
Whether I’m working in the hospital or reading the Akashic Records, my mission is the same: to help others feel seen, supported, and connected to something greater — all while keeping it real, grounded, and full of heart.

Why I Started Finding Spirit with Tabs
I created Finding Spirit after beginning my own unexpected journey into mediumship — a path that cracked me open in the best way. As I awakened, I realized so many others were quietly experiencing the same things: signs, nudges, intuitive gifts… and a whole lot of questions. I wanted to build a space where spiritually curious women could feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore their connection with the spirit world.
