I started this podcast shortly after beginning my own journey into mediumship. As my world opened up, I realized how many others were waking up too — sensing more, questioning everything, and craving a space where it all made sense.
Finding Spirit with Tabs is that space.

Whether you're navigating signs from Spirit, healing past wounds, or discovering your intuitive gifts, this podcast is a reminder: you’re not alone, and you’re not crazy — you’re waking up.

I’m a mom to two incredible girls, a licensed pharmacy technician by day, and someone who’s most at home in the mountains — hiking, snowboarding, or soaking in the beauty of the outdoors.
But everything shifted when mediumship found me at 40. What started as visions and voices quickly became a calling I couldn’t ignore. Now, I walk between two worlds — bridging the gap between Spirit and everyday life, and helping others navigate their own awakenings along the way.
Whether I’m working at the hospital or sharing stories on this podcast, my mission stays the same: to help others heal, reconnect with their truth, and find peace on their human journey.
