I’m Tabs — an evidential medium, Akashic Records reader, regression practitioner, spiritual mentor, and teacher.
My approach to this work is simple: keep it grounded, stay curious, and meet people exactly where they are.
Some people come to me hoping to reconnect with someone they love in Spirit. Others are looking for clarity around patterns in their life, their relationships, or where they’re headed next. And many find me because something within them is changing — their intuition is getting stronger, they’re becoming more aware of Spirit, or they’re beginning to question what they’ve always believed about themselves.
My work is about helping you explore those experiences without fear or pressure to fit into a particular spiritual box.
Through mediumship, the Akashic Records, regression, mentorship, and teaching, I create a space where you can ask questions, explore what comes through, and learn to trust your own experiences a little more.
I don’t believe spirituality has to feel mysterious or out of reach. It can be practical, grounded, deeply personal, and still leave room for the things we can’t fully explain.

I’m a mom to two amazing girls, a licensed pharmacy technician by trade, and someone who has always felt most at home in nature — hiking, snowboarding, travelling, and soaking up the wild beauty of this life.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent 21 years as a licensed pharmacy technician, much of that time working in hospital pharmacy. It was a huge chapter of my life and one that taught me a lot about people, compassion, and what it means to support someone through some of their most vulnerable moments.
But everything shifted when mediumship unexpectedly found me at 40.
I didn’t grow up knowing I was going to be a medium. I wasn’t planning a spiritual career or expecting my life to take this direction. But once that door opened, I followed it.
Since then, I’ve been walking between two very different worlds — bringing the grounded, practical side of who I’ve always been into mediumship, the Akashic Records, past life regression, spiritual mentorship, and teaching others how to understand and develop their own gifts.
Today, I help people reconnect with loved ones in Spirit, explore the deeper parts of themselves, and trust the intuitive abilities they may have spent years questioning or pushing aside.
And while my career has changed, the heart behind what I do really hasn’t.
For 21 years in healthcare, and now through this work, I’ve always wanted people to leave feeling a little more seen, supported, understood, and connected.
I believe spirituality can be deeply meaningful without losing your feet on the ground. That’s the space I try to create here — curious, practical, open minded, and always full of heart.

A little preparation helps you get the most out of our time together. For Mediumship, simply invite your loved ones in Spirit. For an Akashic Reading, have your questions ready. After booking, I’ll send a short guide so you know exactly what to expect.

Why I Started Finding Spirit with Tabs
I created Finding Spirit after beginning my own unexpected journey into mediumship — a path that cracked me open in the best way. As I awakened, I realized so many others were quietly experiencing the same things: signs, nudges, intuitive gifts… and a whole lot of questions. I wanted to build a space where spiritually curious women could feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore their connection with the spirit world.
